  • 100 g koldt smør

  • 3-4 porrer i tynde ringe (ca. 375 g)
  • 1 tsk fint salt
  • 3 æg
  • 1 tsk revet muskatnød
  • 2 dl Cremefraiche
  • 100 g revet ost
  • 1 tsk salt
