Download and install Microsofts "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility".
When you run it, it will show a list of programs to remove.

Tou uninstall the cleanuputility rerun the CleanUp Utility installer (msicuu2.exe) and it will remove the program again. (I couldn't find it in the Add/Remove Progams list).
